Daily Journal January 23, 1998, William Thomas Thompson. Everyday is the day of the Lord, let all worship Him. Its daylight again and I race to do all the routine things before the real work hour. I smell a good breakfast cooking. I am so very thankful to God for this day and for being alive. I did not eat heavy last night; I never do because I have learned that my body needs the rest. I learned a long time ago that I could not sleep at night if I eat heavy food like steak late in the day and especially at night. It was said on T.V. this week that lots of people die in their sleep after eating heavy on meats before going to bed. I am 90 percent off meats now except fish & tuna. I praise thy Holy Name dear Lord God for all blessings. I start today to paint pictures for the April show of the Very Special Arts in Washington, D.C. on the subject of The Garden Of Eden. I have been thinking about the many scenes for days now. At first I was blank on the subject but a concept is developing very well now. I am painting the background all deep blue, almost black with the borders remaining the same while the content is created. The story of creation in the beginning is a great challenge for me to paint Adam and Eve in the garden and all the wonderful animals God created before he created man. I will try and show the actual creating process if possible. As you know, I mostly paint Revelation and believe I should continue painting prophecy as we are in the last days in my opinion. When I was invited to show my first series on the Revelation in Charleston at the New Gallery along with the owners work on Genesis, I did not realize until opening night that he, Richard Hartnett painted people in the natural before the fall of man/woman. It was a great show. I seek Thy Holy Face Dear Lord, to draw closer to Thee. All the big show in Washington going on over sex in the oval office is a waste of time. The people voted for Clinton knowing he was maybe this way. So let God judge him. Maybe God is judging him. The white house has been used as a whorehouse before. Clinton did not invent sex. The medical profession fondles thousands of women everyday. If Clinton had been a doctor, he would have the freedom to feel of women all day and half the night without fear of ever being questioned. Maybe he could get his medical degree still and add it to his law degree for the best of both worlds. I seek knowledge and wisdom Dear Lord, You are the creator. Beginning February first, I intend to write a food daily until I describe what I think is a safe and complete diet that will help me recover and be satisfying at the same time. When I eat wrong, my day goes wrong and I do not have the energy I need to carry on. If I eat anything sweet, I feel rotten for about 30 hours until it all burns out of my system and my blood sugar levels off. I find so much processed foods have sugar added for favor. Even cornmeal has sugar added; I hope to achieve a harmless eating pattern soon. I seek you for healing Dear Lord, all power is Thine. Today’s danger for America I suggest is the church, not the New Testament church Jesus spoke to in Revelation, not any of the 7 churches, but the world church having preachers that believe not the word of God and will not preach or teach against sin. May I be a willing servant Dear Lord to be faithful and true to the call of God to share the greatest message ever told of soul salvation. If we live, we must outsmart the food promoters and their good tasting acts. In 1998 I want to set a pattern and do more to prescribe a diet for myself that will improve my health overall.
